Peace at home, Peace in the streets (2011)

Peace at home, Peace in the streets: working with men from a gender perspective to achieve a culture of peace and development" aims to break the daily practices that lead to social and gender violence. The project implements an intervention strategy to break the current dichotomies (masculine/feminine, public/private, individual/society) and build a culture of peace with men.

Over 2011 and 2012, several activities of information, training and dissemination are carried out. The project is funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and runs in conjunction with the Iberoamerican Masculinity Network (Cuba).
